We are a woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned certified Security and Risk Management Consulting Company that offers comprehensive security-focused solutions to High-Risk Threats. With over 50 years of combined Security and Risk Management, Emergency Management, and Law Enforcement experience, we have developed strong relationships with federal, state, and local governments as well as local institutions. Our commitment is to use an all-hazards, best practices approach to equip our clients with the tools necessary to prepare for and respond to natural and man-made threats. Both Principals are Certified Protection Professionals, Board Certified in Security Management by ASIS International, a global network of over 34,000 security practitioners, each of whom has a role in the protection of the three general types of assets - People, Property, and Information. The CPP certification is recognized as the "gold standard" certification in security management by security industry professionals and is recognized both inside and outside the security field as a true measure of competency and commitment to the security profession. One of our Principals is also a certified Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) Practitioner.

Services

SECURITY STUDIES

The security assessment includes a comprehensive physical security assessment using various industry methodologies and best practices. The risk assessment considers the full spectrum of threats including malevolent and natural hazards, etc. The threat assessment examines supporting information to evaluate the relative likelihood of occurrence for each threat. The vulnerability assessment considers the potential impact of loss from a successful attack as well as the vulnerability of the facility/location to an attack. Clients are provided with a comprehensive security assessment, with recommendations, to enhance and strengthen their security posture.

SECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING

The security awareness training includes Active Assailant Threat - Individual Response training, Workplace Violence Awareness and Response training, and De-escalation training.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

Emergency management is measured in fractions of time when the reputation and financial viability of a company are at stake. We facilitate Tabletop exercises that focus on developing policies, plans, and procedures in a low-stress environment. We audit existing programs and design emergency management programs to isolate gaps and weaknesses while integrating operational business continuity and tactical emergency response using an all-hazards approach.
